Basic Expectations
We, as the company, have certain expectations from you-
Our Work attitude drives by keeping Ownership in mind. At Relinns, Everyones owns their share of the work and they drive to do the same by making the best use of their capabilities.
You are completely responsible for that work from scratch to completion. Any dependencies, challenges, issues, feedback, and processes you need to figure out on your own and complete the work. You will always have seniors to guide you through or assist you but the responsibility lies with you.
You need to be disciplined and consistent in your tasks assigned. Any work committed in any timelines must be delivered within that time frame as Deadlines are sacrosanct. Deadlines must not be breached at any cost.
Once the task responsibility has been assigned to you, There should be no need for follow-ups from the management. You must update them from same time to time.
You must take all the initiatives in order to complete the work while staying aligned to our core values.
Your work is your best ally, It will help you earn trust and bigger responsibility for the management and your own team.
You must constantly work on improving and learning new skills. Being a learning-driven culture, we appreciate and encourage people to focus on learning. At Relinns we expect and follow the below things by heart
Any problem that occurred is not the fault of any individual, It is just the problem, and the only thing matters that is how can we fix that problem and learn from it. Past problems must be highlighted only for learning purposes.
Trust, Respect, Appreciation, Recognition, Authority, and Leadership are like a bank account. It increases with every good activity if it is aligned with our core values and decreases if we go against it. We must earn it continuously.
You must be patient with your team as not everything will go as per your expectation. Hence we must know how to stay agile with changing needs of customers, management, and team.
You must follow all the policies and processes. In case You find anything that can be improved, must be shared with Team. You must avoid WFH requests and if necessary you must ensure that you have shared a proper plan for the day. It should be clear enough for any new person.
You must focus on continuous improvement as getting things right every 1st time is not always possible.
You must proactively communicate with the team & management.
You will be assigned multiple tasks at any point in time, But you are not expected to complete all of those in one go. You have to understand the priorities of the Management Team and organize them in your schedule. Always categorize your tasks in the below categories

You will face high-pressure situations, you are advised to always keep in mind that the solution lies in breaking the problem into pieces and then solving it.
Understand that everyone has limited time. Hence everyone must be occupied equitably based on their capability and the importance of the work.
You must understand that Relationships are very important for any leader. It removes any unnecessary friction and lets the ideas flow freely.
In the end, as leaders, you should understand that your every activity will impact the team. Hence, it must be well thought out.
For any task assigned to you, it is your responsibility to report the status of that to your reporting manager. Please feel free to ask relevant questions in order to understand the task requirements before doing it.
For any meeting scheduled, it is your responsibility to be present at the meeting on time. Do not expect anyone will come and request you to join the meeting.
If You need to connect with colleagues or seniors regarding any training guidance or help, make sure to note your points beforehand and then ask them about specifics.
We always have a morning meeting that is conducted in order to understand and connect with each other, go through what they are working on, and, if possible, how to improve that. It is essential for the day.
We strictly prohibit fake reviews on any of our platforms, such as Facebook, WordPress, and Google. Any violation of this rule can lead to termination of your employment with the company.
