Performance Review

  • There will be a weekly as well as monthly performance review meeting

  • In the weekly review meeting, the objective shall be to monitor and review the progress made by each writer for the week and suggest improvements and future courses of action.

  • If a Marketing Intern exceeds the KPIs consistently, then he/she shall be accordingly incentivized. The incentives shall be decided by the management from time to time.

  • If a Marketing Intern fails to meet weekly targets consistently for more than 2 weeks, he/she shall be put under review. The interns are urged not to underachieve for more than two weeks. The reporting manager may prescribe a suitable correction course based on the situation.

  • In cases of dereliction or not achieving targets for a month, the Marketing Intern shall be put under notice period and if he/she fails to improve in the notice period, he/she shall be terminated from his/her services.

  • In the monthly review meeting, the overall progress for the month shall be reviewed and accordingly, future courses of action shall be decided. This review shall be for the team's progress and the individual progress of the team members.
