Content Writing & Submission Guidelines

Content must be submitted in the format of the blog/social media/video, whichever is relevant.
Following are the guidelines for different types of content.
Blogs
The Blog must be provided in the same structure as the blog writing template given to the content writer.
The blog must be located in the and in the folder created in the content writer’s name. Please place the blog there and share the document with the reporting manager.
The article must have the basic parts integral to a blog, which are-
Introduction
Body
Conclusion
The article must each contain an overall summary. It will even better if the article contains summaries section wise. The writer must make sure that the summary is included before submission. Examples of the same are given below:

All the headings must be in the “Heading 2” format selected from the text selection box in Google Docs.
All the sub-headings must be in ‘Heading 3’ format.
The article must contain a product pitch at least once. The pitch can be at the end or in between paragraphs. The pitch should be for the product or service for which you are writing the article. For example, if you are writing for BotPenguin, something like this will work:
The article must contain internal links to other relevant articles published and to the product website. An example of the same is provided below:
Important- Please understand that you do not need to put the exact link or words relating to an existing article. Anything relevant or on the same topic can be linked to the article.
Make sure to correct your article's grammar, sentence structure, etc., on Grammarly before submitting. You may use the free Grammarly tool and edit in accordance with the features provided.
The article details such as ‘Number of words,’ ‘Keyword Density,’ and parameters such as ‘Score, Clarity, Engagement, and Delivery’ as given by the Grammarly tool must be provided at the end of the article. Please do not submit the article if the Grammarly score is below 80.
If the Grammarly score is below 80, please refine it and submit it once the score is above 80.
Make sure that the keyword density is between 1.5% to 2% of the total number of words in the article.
Make sure that the blog is more than 1500 words.
Idea of the blog should be clear and should be in sync with title and audience. Make sure the structure of the blog is written in detail. Also, it should be in sync with the title and the audience.
The article must have less than 5% Plagiarism; otherwise, the article will be inadmissible.
The article must include data from at least 2-3 sources, along with the name of the source. For example, ‘According to a report from Bloomberg, X% of consumers prefer a car over a two-wheeler.’ The sources should be well-known and credible.
The article must contain relevant data plots/graphs or images as shown from a sample article. If graphs/images of plots are taken from other credible websites, please cite the source at the bottom of the graph as shown in the below given example.

Please do not insert images unnecessarily of persons/logos etc. in the article.
Please justify your text once you are done with the article.
Note:- If the content writer fails to adhere to any of the guidelines provided above, the content shall be inadmissible. If the writer fails to adhere to the guidelines repeatedly, his/her performance shall be immediately reviewed and might even lead to termination.
